TWI has 3 core “J” programs, Job Relations (JR), Job Instruction (JI) and Job Methods (JM)They provide essential foundational skills for any frontline leader in any workplace, service or manufacturing. In addition, Job Relations is a skill that can and should be applied at higher levels of management as well, right from frontline leader through to the General Manager.

• Job Relations (JR) and Job Instruction (JI) are recognized to help build stability in the work area - respect for people (JR) and a vehicle to embed standard work (JI). Stability means consistent supply of a product or service with little variation in quality and productivity.
• Job Methods (JM) provides vehicle for continuous improvement.
