Aprati Foods (Cambodia) Ltd is a subsidiary of the candy maker American Licorice which is well-known for more than 100 years in the United States. Aprati Foods is the first candy factory in Cambodia to research and develop candy using FDA standards.

The company constructed the factory in 2016 on 7,674 sqm of land in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.
