    Improvement Kata, it is <\/span>Scientific Thinking. <\/b>That is a <\/span>mindset and a skill<\/span><\/i> that <\/span>requires practice. <\/span><\/i>It is a way people <\/span>Think – Experiment – Learn – Adjust<\/span> to navigate a solution in situational context and continuously move toward Strategic Goals<\/span>. <\/b><\/p>\n

    Why bothers?<\/b> Business’s situation keeps changing and hard to predict. \u201cPlanning\u201d becomes a prediction (or a hypothesis). <\/span><\/p>\n

    How about planning from the maximum point of <\/span>uncertainty? The important thing is recognizing what needs<\/span><\/i> to be learned and How to learn<\/span><\/i>. <\/span><\/p>\n
