This is important because, besides results, you also gain valuable knowledge, practical experience, and self-confidence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3261\" style=\"text-align: justify; \">This is the process of <span style=\"color: rgb(20, 22, 23);\"><b>employee development<\/b><\/span>, including responsibility, confidence, and job performance. This process requires planning and resources, including time and coaching.
