This exposes the trainee to additional real-life challenges related to the job she might not have experienced during the more structured Steps 2 &amp; 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">With practice and feedback, the trainee develops fluency in performing the job and confidence in working independently. The supervisor gradually reduces the support and coaching as the team-member\u2019s performance and confidence develops.
